 •QTBIPOC folx are always free at Queer and Sober SLC events.

 •LGBTQIA+ Allies are welcome to attend Queer and Sober SLC events.

 •Admission Fees for events are on a sliding scale, based on financial freedom. Nobody will ever be turned away for inability to pay. Those who are able to pay more will financially cover those who aren’t.

 

•Queer and Sober SLC will be teaming with many community businesses and facilitators. Each event will spotlight one or more of them, which will educate the attendees about services that they provide, putting money back into the community. 

 

•We want our events to be ADA accessible. There is a link on our social media sites and emails, to inform us about necessary accommodations attendees require. There will also be ADA seating at all performance events. 

 

•It is pertinent for LGBTQIA+ folx in recovery to see other people like them living their best lives sober. It is also important for the rest of the community to witness.

 

•All events are ideas that came from the sober LGBTQIA+ community and are what they would like to see happening. If you would like to share an idea or partner for an event, contact us at queersoberslc@gmail.com.
